Your warranty is at the sole discretion of Speedometer Conversion Solutions and failure to follow the required procedures may cause your warranty to become void. This warranty is limited to either the repair or replacement of the defective product during its warranty period. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.
If defects arise during this period, we will at our option, repair or replace the goods purchased or refund your money. Our liability under this warranty is subject to us being satisfied that the material is faulty due to poor materials or workmanship. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by incorrectly connecting or improper use of the material. Furthermore, we will not be liable for any damage to a third party or attached equipment to which these products are used.
GTA speedometer does not assume any liability for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages under our limited warranty.
